The Circus is in town...

NEW ORLEANS (Reuters) – Britney Spears kicked off her first tour in five years on Tuesday, promoting her latest hit album "Circus" before an adoring hometown audience with jugglers, acrobats and rings of flame!
Go Britney! I'm not a big Britney fan but she has impressed me by showing so much strength this last year.

Review Klara Kazmi - Quest For Klarity

OMG, I don't remember when I heard so many good songs on one release!.
Klara Kazmi is one of those artist that you just can't label, I guess the word I'm looking for is unique.
Her Sound is a mixture of Soul, Reggae and Jazz and some Funk and probably a ton of positive energy. Every song on this God sent Ep has a beautiful story to tell, and the voice delivering these lines is so compelling that the only words I can find to describe it is Sweet as Honey.
This Ep is a "must have", and for some reason unknown to me, miss Kazmi has decided to give this masterpiece away for free on her website www.klarakazmi.com
This girl is gonna go straight to the top.

God Bless Aretha Franklin
Aretha Franklin showed up at the Presidential Inaugural ceremonies and sang her heart out. You have to love this woman. No one can spell feeling like miss Franklin.
-"This will be the day when all of God's children will be able to sing with new meaning "My country 'tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing. Land where my fathers died, land of the pilgrim's pride, from every mountainside, let freedom ring.".

Review Mariah Carey "The Ballads"

I usually love Mariah, but the NEW Mariah Carey album "The Ballads"? Hmmm, Not so new. "The Ballads" almost all except a few songs "The Roof," "How Much" featuring Usher already appeared on her 2001 "Greatest Hits." The album only covers her career at Sony, so there are no tracks from "The Emancipation of Mimi" or "E=MC2." Is Sony trying to milk the cow??
I do love the oldies, but this is not a must have in my collection.... Sorry Mariah!
